Our Story
I'm a writer, photographer, and designer doing my best to live a creative life in the desert with my son and husband. I love collaborating, community, and coffee. Alliteration is clearly my favorite literary device and I'm a fierce advocate for the oxford comma.
I collect hobbies and have spent my time crafting with everything from paint to pixels ( I told you how I feel about alliteration). With a background in marketing, public relations, communications, and everything in between, I've learned what makes good content. I like to think that I bring the best of both sides of my brain. I can do creative and logical at the same time. It's the talent I'm most proud of.
I love working with people who have something to say, a story to tell, and an impression to make.

So... What's the deal with the (h)?
Well... It's kind of a dumb story, but since we're friends and all, I guess I'll share.
My name is legally spelled with an h, but when I was in elementary school, I decided to drop it. It may or may not have had to do with rebellion and disagreements between my parents from long before I was born, but that's a story for another day. Anyways, everyone I met in the years to follow came to know me as Sara with no h and so it kinda stuck. I actually prefer it, even now. But... all my official documents still have the h and my closest cousin and friend has forever addressed any letters, cards, emails, and so on to Sara(h). It was as if she were reminding me that I'm a punk and no matter how hard I try to ditch that part of me, she knows who I really am. I've always liked it.
What are your prices?
That's not an easy question to answer as my projects vary so greatly. I typically prefer to bid projects on a case-by-case basis at a flat rate so that you know what to expect. My hourly rate is applied when the project goes beyond the original scope of work. Please email me and I'd be happy to offer you a proposal.
Do you photograph weddings?
I happily accept a small number of wedding clients per year. Please email me for availability and rates.
